NSI’s strong legal and due diligence background derived from its principals result in an overall conservative approach when underwriting projects. NSI does not give full faith and credit to assumptions and assertions offered by the projects. We, instead, rely on our comprehensive and independent due diligence investigation, which is a meticulous process consisting of reviewing legal documents, verifying assumptions, testing models, forecasting markets, evaluating risks, and arrive at careful conclusions after taken into consideration of common sense and the totality of circumstance.
